Large guache polychromed painting on silk, mounted on foam and nicely framed, sight 81" x 92", framed 100" x 92", figural painting of Indian wedding with many characters and animals including many peacocks and sacred cows, depicting bride and groom in the sky sprinkling petals from above, central blue-skinned figure believed to be Kali, surrounded by lotus & leaf motif, circa 20th century, excellent condition. Private collection Grosse Pointe, MI.
