Beautiful ladies 14k white gold precious gem stone butterfly brooch pendant. Finely crafted with a reticulated design holding oval cabochon sapphire stone set to center approx. 2ct. Holds 15 oval cut ruby, sapphire, emerald, green aventurine and diamond stones each approx. .33ct. Graduated round cut diamonds set throughout ranging from .01 to .07ct. Includes detachable bale set with round cut white diamonds. Measures 2 3/8" height x 3 5/8" width (6cm x 9.2cm). Total weight of 24dwt/38 grams.
