Roseville Futura Vase circa 1920's

Modernist Eames Design Fine and rare Art Deco ~ Secessionist style pottery vase, by the Roseville Pottery Company of Ohio. This vase was made in the late 1920's. Unsigned (as is usual ... originally had a paper label) SIZE: Height ~ 8" / Width (diameter) ~ 4" This is the beautiful "Pink Twist" design Futura line vase by Roseville, with a hexagon shape and Art Deco glazed pattern on three of the six sides. Futura was made during Roseville's middle period, introduced around 1928. Futura is in the Art Deco taste and was very popular during the 1920s and 1930s, as it is today with collectors, due to the modernist shapes and decoration that goes great with any decor. This piece is in excellent condition, as shown in the photographs, with no chips, no cracks, and no restoration. Light, even crazing to the glaze, as usual.
