AN ANTIQUE FRENCH COROMANDEL AND WALNUT CASED TANTALUS, LAST QUARTER 19th CENTURY, having a figured and geometric inlaid case ornamented with gilt metal cabochon "jewels", the double hinged top and single hinged sides opening to reveal a complete set of 4 liqueur size hand blown crystal decanters and 16 stemmed liqueurs, each decorated with an etched and frosted continuous leafy stem design, set in a removable 2-tier coromandel wood fitted holder with gilt bronze handle. Excellent condition, with no missing or damaged crystal. Height: 10 1/4" Width: 14 1/2" Depth: 10 1/4"
