A MATCHED VINTAGE ENGLISH PALE YELLOW GUILLOCHÉ ENAMELED STERLING MOUNTED CUT GLASS TOILETTE SET, BIRMINGHAM 1929, LONDON 1931, comprising; a powder jar and lid of circular mushroom form with lozenge and starburst cut sides beneath a waisted stem and scalloped base having stylized starburst cut underside with Webb Corbett acid etched marks, surmounted by a domed lid enclosing finely engraved basket weave pattern decoration within beaded trim centering a conforming finial, silversmith hallmarked Harrison & Hipwood, Birmingham anchor and 1929 date letter E, and a parfum bottle of hexagonal form and heavily cut sides surmounted by a circular domed rim enclosing finely engraved basket weave pattern centering a conforming similarly cut stopper, silversmith hallmarked "W&G", 1931 date letter "q", leopard head and stamped "MADE IN ENGLAND".
