TWO JAPANESE SATSUMA WARES, SIGNED, LATE 19TH/EARLY 20TH CENTURY, each painted with immortals or "Patriarch of a Thousand Faces" in traditional colors with parcel gilt details throughout and comprising a small offerings bowl with scalloped rim above tapering circular sides over an underside centering gilt artist's signature character marks, height: 2", diameter: 4 3/4"; a miniature baluster form vase with a flaring neck and rim flanked by beastly mask handles centering circular Satsuma mons above an underside centering gilt artist's signature character marks. Height: 2 1/2"
