A PAIR OF EARLY VICTORIAN RED TOLE PAINTED AND BLACK STENCILED VASES, CIRCA 1850, each of flaring square form and centering romantic views of castle ruins above a base enclosing a continuous band of blossoming vine on parcel gilt scrolling acanthus and pen cast feet, raised on a conforming plinth with stylized anthemion and paterae pendants mounted on black painted stand, fitted for electricity. Height: 8 3/4" Width: 5 1/2"
