Brass Marble Scale French Lion 19th Century

Handsome 19th century brass and marble lion scale from France. Double rectangular off white marble base with darker veining stands on 4 brass claw feet. Swirled brass center pedestal with the two good size brass dishes suspended with triangular chains either side. Ornate brass header with lion head.The brass has not been polished giving a wonderful antique appearance with very minor wear to the finish as expected. Marble in near excellent condition with no chips or cracks ,one tiny nick on edge left front. Measures 19H X 16L X 9D.
