French bow carvings gilt wooden 19th century pair

Pair of hand carved wooden gilt wall hangings in the shape of tied French ruffled bows from France 19th century. The gilt still in wonderful condition with tiny missing spots. A hole in the center of each round medallion which was probably the means of attachment originally,yet a small screw with wire loop was added to the back of each many years prior as a means of hanging. A unique decorative accent for mirrors,paintings,mantels,furniture or walls. No cracks or breaks. Measure 7L X 3H X 1D each.
