Italian brass tazzas solid 19th century

Pair of 19th century italian solid brass tazzas with flowing handles and decorative bearded man heads at each end. The pair has just been professionally polished taking them back to their original condition which displays all of the intricate designs in the making. The center depicts a winged mythological horse in the background, a young god in the foreground holding a lyre in one hand and lit torch in the other. Narrow indented band surrounds the scene. Gradooned base with decorative pedestal. Beautiful additional designs on the bottom of the handles with acanthus leaf attachments to the tazza. Stunning for any buffet,chest or table. Excellent condition. Measure 16L with handles,6.5 inches high X 11D.
