Description: 16th.-17th. century Tibetan body armor made from lamellar plates held together by strings of leather. Due to the age, some leather strings broke down and need to be replaced, however, the plates are not missing. Some rust is present together with beautiful old patina. No cleaning was done in order to preserve the original patina. It measures 54" in length(137 cm.). Estimated retail value: $40.000.
