Description: Antique Tibetan large silver box decorated in high relief. The cover features Buddha on lotus throne. Below, there is a tray wih offerings and 2 animals resembling sheep. The front panel features sheep and goats and a mythical creature in the center. 4 animals are represented on the back side. The bottom has a 4 crossed vajra (thunderbolts) emblem. This box-casket is of large proportions and exhibits master workmanship of hammering in high relief. Size: 10.1" X 6.2" X 6.2" (26 X 16 X 16 cm.). Estimated value: $10.000.
