Description: Qing period, Qien Lung reign, set of 3 sweetmeat containers with a cover decorated with colorful hand painted enamel on copper base. The decorations represent children at play, birds, flowers, butterflies, bats, etc. There are numerous repaired damages on the enamel, mostly on the cover, as illustrated. Nevertheless, this is a rare 18th. century enamelware with Qien Lung reign mark on the bottom and appears of the period. Each container has also a floral decoration in the interior. Height: 7" (18 cm.). Diameter:4.2" (11 cm.). Estimated value: $9000.
