19th. century Tibetan silver sword with intricate decor

Description: 19th. century Tibetan silver sword with repousse and hammered decorations. Repousse and hammered silver decorations with dragon ornate the yak skin scabbard, as well as cabochons of turquoise and coral. The yak skin is encased between an U shaped iron protector edge. Watered single edge blade with 4 blood grooves. Length: 25.2" (64 cm.). Blade's length: 17.2" (44 cm.).
Condition: Excellent for the age.
