Brass vanity tray with cherubs France 19th century

Lot Passed

Large,scalloped brass vanity tray from France 19th century. A raised cherub or putti shown at each end holding a dove and the railed railing in the acanthus leaf design. Backed with black velvet and all including mirror in excellent condition. Decorative brass banding surrounds the mirror on top with double bands on the sides. Large enough to use as a plateau for art objects or in the center of dining table with floral arrangement atop. Measures 25L X 16D X 5H.
