Original paint on this French carved unique side table or vanity with separate free standing mirror C.1900. Can be used together as a small vanity or foyer piece or separate if desired. Wonderful circular carving on the top apron on all 4 sides with acanthus leaf carving on the knees of the exaggerated bowed legs and rosettes on interior scrolls. Scrolled lower shelf provides additional storage or display. The mirror also has wonderful carvings with a permanent wood easel and curled legs,good weight. Bits of the wood showing through beneath the paint at edges from age. Wood backing on the mirror. Could also be used in a living area as table and mirror to reflect an object of art. The mirror is original and has very ,very light and thin streaking,just a mention as reflects wonderfully. Overall measurement of both, 45H X 28L X 13D. Table alone 25.25H X 28L X 13D.
