French bench stool 19th C kidney shaped walnut

Louis XV walnut hand carved kidney shaped ottoman comes from 19th century France. Scalloped walnut apron,carved on all four sides with short cabriole legs. the shaped stool to fit up to a bergere or other chair but works well between two chairs as well. The top cushion is . down which has the appearance of a loose cushion to sit atop the well padded structure beneath but is actually sewn to the bottom deep within. The mid blue,dark red,brown and white cotton fabric in excellent condition with striped corresponding rope trim,easily reupholstered if desired. Extremely comfortable. With addition of a large tray could also be used as a coffee table. Measures 33L X 24D X 16H. Can be shipped via Federal Express Ground with your zip code.
