Papier Mache Lid Italian Hand Made Painted 19th Century

Italian papier mache lid 19th century is hand painted with a floral center spray in blues,yellow and tangerine against a dark cream background. Green/brown outer edge with tangerine and black motif. The handle is in the shape of a 5 petal flower. Some lose of paint ot edge and one flower in center,however no cracks or nicks. Makes a wonderful wall hanging with use of a plate hanger or displayed on a wooden plate stand alone or with a group of pictures or plates. Measures 6.25H X 6.25L X 1D.
