Unusual French papier mache pencil tray 19th century with half inch lip and vibrant tole ware yellow flowers hand painted across the face. Stems extend onto the lip. Black background. Very minor war to the edges,otherwise excellent condition. Wonderful as a vanity tray or for desk use. Measures 9.25L X 3W X 5/8 inch high.
