Brass early 1900's expandable trivet from England for any size bowl or plate from 3 1/4 inches to 11 inch base size.Makes any bowl more elegant and delicate for display.Made of nice quality brass offering decorative feet which slide along with the top ornaments on two square rods supported and attached in the center by a brass medallion. The two rods have a scissor action to accommodate any shape piece. Has not been polished,beautiful patina to the existing finish. Excellent condition sure to display any piece more superbly or protect table from heat. Measures 13.5L X 13.5W X 3H.
