Unusual hand carved Italian cherub console table C.1900. Gorgeous black marble top with tan,cream and brown set into the walnut with hand rubbed finish.Marble is removable. Three cherub heads with their wings and large rose bud adorn the knees supporting the scalloped and carved apron as well. Cabriole legs and escargot feet. Sturdy construction with the three support bars carved with acanthus leaves and center finial. Excellent craftsmanship and patina. Striking table wherever it is used. Excellent condition to marble and table.Measures 29L X 13.5D X 25H.
