Brown salt glazed pickle crock with wooden lid for processing and storing pickles from England 19th century shows the manufacturers seal incised in an oval near the bottom of the urn,"Reaady Co. Ltd.,Brrington,England". The rust colored pottery crock with semi rough salt glazed exterior has a swirl design on the upper half front and back with grooved banding in the center. Two sturdy handles on either side for lifting the weighty piece. In excellent condition without chips or nicks or cracks and has been totally cleaned and sterilized prior to loading in the container for shipment per our instructions. Wonderful urn for many uses,umbrellas,flowers,utensils to name a few.Wonderful kitchen accent piece. Measures 14H X 9W X 11.5L with handles. Able to ship Federal Express with your zip code.
