Bust of Martin Luther King, Jr., 1985, Copyright Enos Frudakis. Bronze finish on plaster. Frudakis has sculpted two figures of King in bronze for public display one in Chester, PA. and the other in the US Embassy, South Africa. An accomplished sculptor Frudakis works have been purchased by numerous public institutions as well as private collections.
Size: 6.5" x 5"x 7.75" Weight: 4lbs 2oz Condition: Very minor flaws to finish Zenos Frudakis (born 1951) is a figurative sculptor whose subjects include portraits of living and historical individuals and poetic/philosophical sculpture with a post-modern sensibility. He lives and works near Philadelphia. His works — often of monumental size — are on display at Brookgreen Gardens, The Lotos Club of New York City, the Utsukushi ga-hara Open Air Museum in Japan, the National Academy of Design, and the U.S. Embassy in Pretoria, South Africa — as well as corporations, institutions, and private collections in the United States and abroad. Condition report Very minor flaws to finish.
