Oil on Canvas Gondola & Couple, C. Andrews, 1869. Artist from the Dutch School known for still life works. The painting depicts a young couple entering a gondola, while men on the bank are fishing in the river. Signed "C. Andrews" on bottom right corner. Plaque on frame reads "C. Andrews 1869". Frame is a period appropriate gilt gold frame with elaborate carved molding, and appears to be quite old.
