Woodruff was an Oklahoma artist. Woodruff's works were shown in the Kansas Master Artists Exhibition Oct.22-Nov. 12,1999 in Wichita, Kansas. The artist is listed in Artists in California 1786-1940 by Hughes. The Wichita Center for the Arts has several Woodruff works of art.
