Spanish Colonial, Caribbean cup, wrought hilt and blade having double edge and three fullers. The bowl edge lightly decorated with a single line is hand welded to the straight cruciform having bud ends. The handle is seemingly horn and has been heavily chamfered on four edges and is hand checkered on two sides. A mushroom shaped pommel completes the apex.
Size: Total: 43.25" x 10.5" Blade: 36" Weight: 2lbs Condition: Blade has been intentionally folded at the bottom end. Hilt is missing one support brace(2.25") and the other brace is detached from the cup end as is the third separated as well. Hilt is loose but remarkably intact.
