Artillery officer's sword, Spanish marked on the Ricasso " Artilleria, Toloedo (Spain)". Single edged with single fuller fading to a double edged point, brass hilt. Brass guard with shield having symbols of a horse, Palm tree and cornucopia, also the letters "U R" in relief. Wood handle wrapped in wire. Spain, 19th century. Pommel as relief decoration of crossed cannon and halberd. Spanish 19th century.
