Salesman's Sample - Kingfisher Fishing Hooks. Complete with 5 panels on each side of the "book" for ten panels full of fishing hooks. Handwritten product descriptions in ink. Every hook sample is still intact. This set is the deluxe ten panel set with all hooks intact. Probably 19th century.
Provenance: Miki and James J. Mangan III of Fairfield, CT
Size: Folded- 10.25" L X 6" H X 3" D; Open- 67" L
Weight: 2 lbs 2 oz
Condition: excellent original condition. Minor age spots on the paper that the hook are mounted up. Hooks are still shiny and new looking, with only a handful of them tarnishing. It would be difficult if not impossible to find a better set.
