Cartridge Box and Belt, Confederate Issue, Brass Buckle. This is a thick brown leather belt with a brass buckle and a belt mounted cartridge box, all intact.
Provenance: Miki and James J. Mangan III of Fairfield, CT
Size: L. 38" x W. 5.75"
Weight: 1lb 8oz
Condition: very good, with most of belt intact. Cartridge box has some slight unstitching on one side. All brass hardware is mounted and working fine. Overall, a very clean Civil War era uniform item.
