Watercolor by VARGAS Dark Haired Girl in Fancy Bustier

This Alberto Vargas is from the late 40's to early 50's (undated) and is an original watercolor. Signed in red ink. The measurements are (paper) 14" x 18", and the outside frame measurements are 27 w x 32, that is including a 3" black lacquer frame with a 4" silk mat. There is also museum glass on it to protect it from any light or glare. K90W121DF
