Carved 19th Century Whale Bone of Sperm Whale - Boston 1888. The well carved sperm whale is mounted on a rectangular whalebone scalloped base and is inscribed Boston 1888". The finely carved whalebone sculpture is in good condition with one small portion of his tail reglued. Measures 2 ¼" high, 9" long and 1 ¾" wide.
