American 19th Century Coin Silver Philadelphia, PA Teapot. The 1850's classically designed teapot has beaded rims and a shell cast handle support, topped with an urn form finial. Engraved with tied branches and a period monogram. It is hallmarked for Bailey and Co., Chestnut Street, Philadelphia. The teapot is in good condition with a few very shallow dents. Weighs 27 troy ounces. Measures 10" high and 10 ½" from spout to end of handle.
