Civil War 1860’s Era Sword with Sheath. The 1860’s sword with sheath is unmarked but is an exact match to another sword that is dated 1864. This straight sword includes a leather and brass sheath that has some repaired breaks and the tip has some dents. The sword itself is fairly clean with only some slight surface rust. The solid brass handle and guard have a rich patina and are stamped with the letter “S”. Measures 38 ½” long.
