Decorated Steel Cutout 19th Horse Century Weathervane. The horse weathervane came from an estate in rural New Hampshire. It was replaced by a copper full bodied weathervane around the turn of the last century. The steel weathervane has traces of old brushed zinc galvanizing as well as multiple make-do repairs. Still retains the original paint, including the mane and tail rigging. The horse has four old bullet holes. Measures 16 ½" high x 21 3/4" long.
