Northwest Coast 19th Century Inuit Native American Indian Totem. The early carved Inuit or Haida totem pole is finely carved cedar with a rich dark patina and has an adze carved concave back. There are two holes near the bottom that appear to have been inlaid with shell, but are now missing. The 19th century totem is in good condition, but has some chipping on the bottom and a small re-glued chip. Measures 29" high and 3 ¾" wide.
