T. Willis Racing Sloop Silk Embroidered Composition. Attributed to noted marine artist T. Willis of New York depicting a sloop of embroidered silk with hand painted oil on canvas background. The piece is unsigned and has been examined out of frame. In overall good condition with old repaint and repairs to canvas. Also has some loss of silk rigging and discoloration from age. Measures 20" high x 16" wide. Frame measures 27 ½" high x 20" wide.
