Remington 1861 4-Shot Pepperbox Pistol. The 19th century Remington pepperbox pistol antique firearm has a dark wooden grip with a trigger forward cocking mechanism. The gun is marked "Manufactured by E. Remington and Sons" and "Elliots Patents May 29 ,1860 - Oct. 1 1861". In good overall condition with bluing loss to the barrels. Measures 5 ¼" long.
