Primitive 19th Century Charcoal Drawing of an Observatory. The unusual 19th century charcoal drawing was found in the same estate as the DeSimone Columbia boat watercolor. Has been inspected out of frame and is unsigned. In good condition. Measures 15" high x 21" wide. The frame measures 21 ½" high x 26 ½" wide.
