Silver Gelatin Photograph of Soldier Field Stadium, Chicago, Illinois. Original large format vintage photograph from the 1920s or 30's of the Canada Dry Beverage concessions at Soldier Field Stadium. The photograph is from the estate of Jack Schimatz, the same gentlemen that owned the Babe Ruth baseball. Jack was a New York City businessman who passed away in 2005 at the age of 92. After World War II he began his business installing refrigeration coolers for many of the large sports stadiums and Jack was a huge baseball fan. The original Soldier Field silver gelatin photograph is in good condition. There is a small chip at the top left and a few other very small chips on the photo, otherwise in good condition and shows very well. Has not been inspected out of the frame. Photograph measures 18 ½ high" x 27 3/4" wide. Frame measures 24 ¾" high x 33 ¾" wide.
