Pair of Original Fringed Tooled Leather Western Cowboy Chaps. The 1920s century or earlier pair of fringed leather chaps have two leather sewn pockets and full fringe on the sides. The tongue of the belt to secure the chaps is missing. The buckle end is complete. The leather belt section needs to be re-stitched to the chaps and is complete. Measure 38" long and each leg not including fringe measures 12 ½" wide.
