Possibly Ludwig Ernes Faber, American, 1855-1913, o/c, European Farmyard scene, 25 1/2" x 31 1/2". Unsigned. This came from a consignment of other Faber material and may have a product of his student years in France. Faber exhibited at the Paris Salon in 1892 and studied at the Academie Julian 1890-92. It is on a stretcher with a Weber, Philadelphia Supply label. Note the U shaped puncture at the bottom center.

Unframed, U shaped puncture in lower central part of image, some minor paint loss, needs cleaning.
