3 3/8" by 1 5/8"; marked 14K gold on the back; also nicely engraved on the back: "To the Master Bottler who for 5 consecutive years has built character into his business with a perfect product, manufactured under perfect conditions"; front of the award says "Order of the Golden Bottle" bottom middle; top says "Barnes-Harrell-Adams Wilson North Carolina"; "1927-1931" embossed individually on the top bar; the bottom medal is intricately designed, beautifully and highly detailed, especially on the outer wreath decoration, with hundreds and hundreds of machined facets; complete with original red, white, and blue ribbon; only very minor tarnish on gold surfaces, some light wear on the ribbon; condition 8.5/EX
