49" X 60"; the majority of the sign is quite clean and presentable with exception of 4 touched-up chips on the gray disc on one side and a few chips and nicks (one being touched-up) on the courtesy panel; otherwise a few small scratches on courtesy panel at top; some mild rain stains on one side primarily, and minor marks; displays very well; condition 7 to 7.5 / VG
