A Napoleon III Ormolu, Mahogany and Sevres Style Porcelain Occasional Table. In the manner of Adam Weisweiler, Third quarter 19th century. The top inset with a rectangular yellow Tallandier -ground plaque painted in the English style with pheasants, over a conforming frieze centred on the front and reverse with a similarly painted plaques within tasseled frames, flanked by recessed panels painted with loose floral bouquets, the sides similarly decorated, on patera-headed fluted supports cast with basket-bearing putti, joined by a 'X'- shaped streacher with pine-cone finial, the porcelain signed TC.
