GIDEON; Sculptural table-top picture frame with stylized animal heads, Upper Black Eddy PA, ca. 1910; Riveted and enameled iron; Paper label on back; 16'' x 9'' x 3 1/2''; Note: Gideon was a blacksmith/metal worker from Upper Black Eddy, Pennsylvania, active ca. 1920-40. Several of his pieces are part of the New Jersey State Museum's permanent collection of Decorative Arts.

Some oxidation to metal. Remnants of original blackening/enamel paint to back.
