Condition reportSheets are intact, minor creases and a few small tears to edges of some; some crease lines in the sheets. This set is of the Sidney Bazett House and dated 1934. The house was built in Hillsborough California 1939 and was the second house built by Wright in the San Francisco area and used the hexagonal unit system in a ''Y'' plan. The house was built of red brick and horizontal redwood boards with sunken battens. The plans are real blue prints and signed in print by FLW. This set consists of four pages showing the plot plan, general layout, elevations, sections, framing, details and heating system. The four pages measure 30x38, and are in very good condition with only one minor tear and small chips in one corner. The blue color is strong and has very little fading. Some pencil writing on the back of two pages gives the permit # 635, a cost of $12,600, and the builders name Oscar Canavough.
