ANTIQUE SILVER AND GARNET NECKLACE:

19th century. The necklace is set with an irregular shaped cabochon garnet clasp surrounded by a band of smaller garnets in a silver setting. The clasp along with six other compatible clusters are interspersed with both oval cabochon links and enamel,emerald and garnet links. Each with small garnet pendant. The necklace is centered by a large clusters featuring three cabochon garnets each with a garnet surround supported by an enamel garnet frame work centered by a small cushion cut emerald. The cluster supports three elongated cabochon garnets with surrounds.
Note: One pendant unattached.
