ALAN MCGEE/TONY BLAIR - Letter sent from Prime Minister Tony Blair to Alan McGee apologising for publicity which Blair describes as 'unwarranted intrusion'. Sent on 6th September 1999, written on New Labour-headed paper, signed 'Yours ever, Tony'. Lot also includes a letter from General Secretary Margaret McDonaugh providing further apologies for recent press, which has been stapled to an official complaint to The Sun editor David Yelland with regard to the misrepresentation of Alan McGee. All letters in excellent condition.
