(8x5").Scarce circular from the firm of Leonard & Seaman stating that on or after March 1 they would be able to "promptly fill all orders for U.S. Revenue Stamps, which the law peremptorily requires to be used on all legal and other documents on and after that date." Pages 2-3 comprise a "Schedule of Internal Revenue Stamps" listing the fees for approximately 75 different documents, from 1 cent for a telegram to $20 for a probate of will, plus playing cards, leases, insurance policies, etc., including stamps for medicines and perfumes.
