(7½x5½").Scarce little real estate brochure for the upscale housing development outside Santa Barbara, with its own lake, and an 18-hole golf course, the purchase of a home bringing membership in the La Cumbre Golf and Country Club. A bird's-eye view shows the golf course by the lake, and another shows several golfers at play. No copies listed in OCLC/WorldCat, although there are two other, slightly larger brochures for Hope Ranch Park listed, only one copy of each, one being at Yale, the other at the California State Library.
